Yuk Wong's Story
Yuk Wong came to England from Hong Kong in 1960, at the age of 27. His first job was helping in the kitchen of a friend's restaurant. He moved to Sheffield in 1961 and started his own business, a Chinese restaurant, then opened a fish and chip shop in Sheffield. He married in 1966 and has two children - a son and a daughter -and two grand-children.
